Gemstone Information

The name for the rhodochrosite gem means 'rose-coloured' in Greek after it's bright pink colour. Amazonite is named after the Amazon Rainforest, where it is rumoured the first Amazonite Crystals came from, but is mined in multiple locations across the world. When brought together these two gemstones make a wonderful pastel colour palette.
