This complete hose assembly kit is for connecting the BREWHA fermenter to the Fusion Bonded Chiller Heat Exchanger for knocking down wort temperature quickly after boil. 

The Pilot Hose Assembly (Fusion Bonded Chiller to Fermenter) is for connecting the Medium and Large Pilot Brewing Systems to the Fusion Bonded Chiller. The 1.5BBL Hose Assembly (Fusion Bonded Chiller to Fermenter) is for connecting the 1.5BBL Brewing System to the Fusion Bonded Chiller. This kit assumes the Fusion Bonded Chiller is placed on a BREWHA Pump Cart beside the fermenter during knock down as hose lengths are sized based on that. For alternative configurations where longer hose lengths are needed, just let us know before purchase.

The hose assembly includes:

• 30" (36" 1.5BBL) of 1" stainless coil reinforced silicone hose (brings hot wort from the tee on fermenter to the pump intake
• 13" (19" 1.5BBL) of 3/4" braid reinforced silicone hose and fittings (brings hot wort from the pump to the chiller wort inlet)
• 11" (17" 1.5BBL) of 3/4" braid reinforced silicone hose and fittings (returns chilled wort from chiller back to tee on bottom of fermenter
• two 8" pieces of 3/4" braid reinforced silicone hoses with 1.5" fittings to connect to chilling water (input and output)
• three 1.5" tees
• one 1.5" 90 elbow
• two sanitary analogue temperature probes (measuring the temperature of it leaves the top of the fermenter and as it is returned at the bottom of the fermenter after it has been cooled)
