Ingredients:  Quercetin, bromelain, rice flour, capsule shell: gelatin, maltodextrin, rice extract mixture.

How to use:  Take one capsule 1-2 times a day on an empty stomach. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
