Stainless jacketed electric brew boil kettle

This is the only brew boil kettle system with a built-in chilling jacket for easy, effective sanitary cooling in your brewery (non-jacketed also available). This brewing equipment brew kettle comes with ports for adding electric water heaters for electric brewing and a flat bottom for a gas-fired brewery. 

Benefits of the jacketed electric brew kettle

Built into the walls of this brew kettle equipment, the stainless steel jacket provides super easy and super sanitary chilling of wort once the brew boil is complete. Water line hose accessories kits connect to the jacket with two easy tri-clamp fittings completely removing the need for immersion or counter-flow chiller equipment or transporting your kettles to the sink (see note below about pressure control in the jacket). And since the jacket is in the wall of the brew kettle, it is completely sanitized by the boil—wort contamination from your chilling method never needs to cause worry about beer contamination again.

Features of the electric brew kettle

The BREWHA brew kettle equipment system kit has a flat bottom so can be heated with gas burners (a racking arm that remove wort from the bottom of the kettles is included). However, with a ferrule for inserting a temperature sensor and two 2" sanitary tri-clamp ferrules for addition of electric heating elements making your beer brewing equipment electric is easy. Add two 1440W water heating element kits if you only have access to 120V power (two 1440W elements on 120V power brings 60L or 0.5 BBL from mash out to boil in about 30 minutes). Add 5500W water heating element kits (one element on 240V brings 60L or 0.5 BBL from mash out to boil in about 15 minutes). Easily and safely access 240V power in your brewery and control your system boil rate (especially important during hot break) with our 240V Tabletop Power Control Box kit, the 15 gallon 0.5 BBL and 31 gallon 1 BBL systems can accommodate up to two heaters so could use up to two Tabletop controllers, the 2 BBL 63 gallon / 240L electric brewing kit has three heater slots so could use up to three Tabletop controllers, or purchase a programmable touchscreen power controller system with either 55A 2 heater output, or a 95A 4 heater output.
