Vintage 1970s Chad Valley Big Game Wild Animal Target Shooting Game - In The Original Box. Released by Chad Valley in the 1970's as part of their series of toy shooting games. This fantastic Big Game Wild Animal Shooting Game is suitable for in door or outdoors, and includes A Target Rail with 6 different big game animals, each with different scores, A Double Barrel Cork Shooting Repeater Rifle, 10 x corks and the Instructions which are printed on the inside of the box lid. Load the rifle by breaking the barrel then inserting two corks in the end. The right hand barrel fires with the first squeeze of the trigger, the left with the second. Any number of players may take part, the first of which stands approximately 5 feet in front of the target and is allowed 6 shots. When the player scores a hit, the animal falls backwards and the head or pelt appears on the wall of the cabin with the score above it. The target is reset after each player and the one to obtain the highest score in the round or an agreed number of rounds is the winner. Fantastic Condition shooting game, however I can only get one side of the rifle to fire, so does need a little attention, but otherwise its in very good order. Comes in the original box which is also in very good condition for its age, however it does have some wear, which is mainly along the edges and some tape repairs to the corners of the lid.
