A bright, deep, spicy Shiraz from South Australia.
Deep, vibrant purple-red in the glass; abundant dark blackberry, plum, and black cherry on the nose. Medium-bodied, with luscious dark fruits, chocolate amaro, and a persistent pink pepper, clove and eucalyptus finish. Rich in flavour, supple, velvety tannins and a refreshing acidity to finish - a nice departure from the boring, jammy Shiraz that Australia sometimes cops a bad reputation for.
