Appearance: Very pale straw / barely tinted.

Aromas: Lime, lemon (citrus), possibly green apple or stone fruit touches; floral lift; perhaps a hint of salinity / minerality.

Palate: Balanced. Acidity is lively / bright, sweetness is noticeable but not dominating—giving a refreshing lift rather than heavy sweetness.

Pairing: Amazingly matched with Asian dishes, spice and chili but also easily paired with a palm leaf fanning you pool side, this wine will surprise you.
