PAF-AN-1 is extracted from patent EP0469477A1, page 2, line 47. PAF-AN-1 is a 5-aryl-2,3-dihydroimidazo[2,1-a]isoquinoline analog. PAF-AN-1 inhibits PAF-induced bronchoconstriction and hemoconcentration when administered po to the guinea pig.
