5BBL 6hL Craft brewery complete electric brewing system equipment and brewhouse have the mash tun, brew kettle and fermenter tanks (now with the new 5-in-1 fermenters) all combined into on.

These 5 BBL brewing systems will brew up to 85 BBL/year (20000pints) on a three week fermentation cycle in just the one fermenter that is included with the 5 BBL brewhouse system.

To increase capacity, just add additional 5 BBL stainless conical unitank fermenters with heaters (only one Mash Colander, pump and controller that come with the BIAC complete system are needed to brew in each additional fermenter).

These unique brewhouses take up a fraction of the space that traditional brew systems equipment take up and use a fraction of the water (see this video on opening a small footprint brewery in a desert for more information).

And the conical tanks can be directly brewed in when used with the mashing and heating hardware purchased with a BIAC brewing system, saving time, space and ensuring perfect sanitation for best results.

The BREWHA Microbrewery system includes a wedge wire false bottom in the Mash Colander and a 14.9psi pressure rating on the 5-in-1 fermenter unitank. With this pressure rating, the tank serves as brite and serving tanks in one; the brew can be crashed, carbonated and served directly from the same tank it was made in, ensuring you are serving the freshest beer possible.
